Creative Response 1/22/16

Joe and Marcy have a three-year-old daughter named Joanna and a 9-month-old son named Henry. Joe and Marcy are the nicest people you will ever meet-- but they sure don't look it. They tattoed their faces ten years ago to look like typical glam death metal rockers (from Kiss) and have been that way ever since. Their children aren't frightened by it-- but they seem to be scared of normal people's faces, as shown in a family photo talen by their normal friends.

I am a creature of blue seas
With me I carry my burdens on my back
My burdens of imagination
Of ethereal distraction and useless imagery
Tree trunks of wisdom I know and never use
The legs of a timid elephant so misunderstood
Mountains and skyscrapers that resemble power
And art of legend that no one knows or cares for
The women I've hated and loved
That have played with my heart, opened the window of my soul
Who are long gone and still play with my mind
I am a creature of blue seas
Please let me take your burden?

Boxface

Her face is like a box
Plastered on is a grim expression
She is still yet a youth
With no respect for herself
No respect for her elders
Rude and callous words spill from her lips
She cares for no other
And keeps sipping her drink from Sonic.
